Absolutely. AquaBlue Villa is located inside a gated community with a 24/7 guardhouse, and the villa is equipped with CCTV surveillance for added safety.

House Rules and Policies

1 House Rules

To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone:

  1. Please remove your shoes when entering the house.
  2. No loud music after 10 PM – Respect neighbours.
  3. Karaoke is permitted 10:am to 10:pm any extension hours must be lower the volume to avoid complaints from other unit’s maximum hours 12:am.
  4. No smoking indoors – Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor area only
  5. No glassware near the pool.
  6. Please keep the premises clean – Dispose of trash properly.
  7. Any damage to property will be charged accordingly.
  8. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. – Respect the check-in and check-out times.
  9. Please Switch off all air conditioning units and appliances when you leave the premises to conserve energy
  10. We have cooking and kitchen utensils provided for you but kindly wash them after every use.
  11. Pets are not allowed
  12. Leave the use/dirty towels in the bathrooms.
  13. Swimming pool open 8:am to 10:pm

Violation of house rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Smoking is not allowed indoors, but designated smoking areas are provided outside.

4 Are parties or celebrations allowed?

Yes, small gatherings are welcome. However, we ask guests to respect the neighborhood noise rules and curfews. Loud music is allowed only until 10 PM.

5 Can we bring extra guests or visitors?

We allow extra guests within our maximum capacity. Kindly inform us in advance for large groups or events.

Yes! Our kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, utensils, and cookware for your convenience.

3 Is daily cleaning provided?

Housekeeping is available upon request. Fresh towels and linens are provided during your stay.
